9 year old Minecraft world will not sync at all

I have a nine year old Minecraft world that will not sync even though I have another world that should actually be bigger in size that actually did sync correctly.

MCPE-197900 When I load a world I get a notification saying Cloud Syncing has failed check internet connection and try again. I am connected to the internet just fine. Resolved
