Unable to play, edit or sync my world

I am unable to sync my world from the cloud causing it to be unplayable to begin with I got messages saying that my storage was full and it could only save locally so I tried clearing saved data on the Xbox and uninstalling and reinstalling plus multiple other things and nothing seems to work every time I try load it to play or edit it starts syncing then comes up with a message saying “failed to sync world data” ”The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it's in a
good state and try migrating it again.”
