Unable to sign in through PS5

When I try to sign into my Minecraft account on PS5 to play multiplayer and cross play, I am met with an error that says I am already logged in with the account entered. It does not sign me in after this. I have contact Microsoft support and PlayStation support multiple times and they say they are unable to help me. I just want to play multiplayer.
