I can't download my Minecraft Realms map

Mojang doesn't work like that, I signed up for Minecraft Realms so I could play with some data from the Minecraft marketplace and some addons from outside, the server simply won't stop giving me a badge and closing, I'm paying for a subscription so I can't play and another one, I'm trying to download a map to my cell phone and it keeps giving an error and I don't know what to do to solve this problem anymore because this has been happening for a long time, not only in this new subscription but in others that I've had.
