Vibrant Visuals: Signs using Black Ink and Glow Ink Sac appear incorrect

With Vibrant Visuals enabled, using signs that have dye applied, and using a Glow Ink Sac, the results for default text (black ink) do not appear to use the correct color.

They appear identical, using a colorless lettering and a white glowing border.

  1. Place a sign and add some text (this defaults to black)

  2. Use a Glow Ink Sac on the sign - now the text is not black

I have also observed that the normal dyed signs (wihout the glow) do not show the color, but I have appended these notes to a similar issue MCPE-218703
