I get delay on my inputs when i close any menu

First, i was going to play minecraft normally, when i got into my world i opened my inventory like i was crafting something, but when i closed the inventory, my keyboard inputs were signifficantly affected, i was getting like 2 or 3 seconds of delay after i closed the inventory, like when you want to close any menu and then you want to quickly start running and jumping because some guy is trying to kill you, but you have that 2 or 3 seconds of delay and its very annoying, idk if anyone have this problem or its just me, but i hope it gets fixed
