(1) To be seen on Figure 1, commands should be placed where there are blue dots.
(2nd) As seen in Figure 2, 3 commands are to be placed.
(3) Image 3 are the target coordinates.In picture 4, the location where I want to go is the location.But I'm on the phone from the game to another location because of the error, but it's wrong.The wrong location is picture 5.
All the commands are executed incorrectly.

Based on the video, it looks like the error occurs with the command that is supposed to teleport you when you step on the row of slime blocks. The message sent shows that you are teleported to the correct location by the command blocks you have shown, and then teleported back immediately. The problem is likely in the command block that is supposed to be triggered at the slime blocks. Can you show that command block?

If you press the button, you will not be teleported to the correct location and the wrong message will be sent. That's the "mistake"
