Other player's skin is not showing up when the other player is using classic or imported skins

it says it in the chat but it shows a default skin or the same character creator skin it was wearing before

I think this only affects my brother so it would be a BIG help if you fix it PLEASE!

it may effect other people too though

and the same thing hapeens to me on my brother’s computer when i do it
