I figured out from where it came from om my side. it was an addon called Animations+.

I've removed it and that fixed the problem, but my brother does not believe me though that there was a bug in the addon and every time i create a new world he forces me to put in there, or he does not play it with me, so that puts me at risk finding that bug again, so yeah. Anyways so just wanted to let you guys know that I figured it out too.
