Items do not fall out of package when pressing the screen on android. It is only possible to remove items from the package through the inventory and not through the function of dropping them on the ground by pressing on the screen.
To reproduce the bug, just put items in the package on Android and try to remove them using the function of pressing the screen with your finger and the bar indicating that the package is full will disappear and the items will not will fall
Edit 1:Apparently this bug only occurs when using the gravestone add-on in the versions indicated in the request, when the add-on is removed the bug disappears.
Note: This addon is a free addon available on the marketplace for download under the name gravestone addon.

I have experienced this using addons also. Both addons from MCPEDL and the marketplace.
Everything works correctly for a decent amount of time and then for some reason it stops, just as the video shows.(have not been able to faithfully reproduce but I see a number of people are having this issue!)
I play using bedrock on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Xbox XS and have seen it on the realm on all 3 devices and when downloading a copy of the world locally to each of the devices I see the same. It is only after removing ALL the addons that I see the bundle working correctly again. When you put an addon back on the device, the bundle can no longer be unloaded.
