Bundles not letting me empty them

When I was in the nether apparently I was using the bundles to save on space and apparently when I was trying to empty one it wouldn't empty at all. Honestly I've done nothing and it's been the latest update to the game and this is getting ridiculous that this issue is acting up. I don't know what's going on but I was trying to unload because I have two valuable items in one bundle that needs to be fixed immediately.
