Steps to reproduce this issue:
Go to a place where you can see a lot of reflections on water.
The seed and position of the video are:
1245022258456973792
-97 72 -389
Use setblock to place a block in air.
Place some visually transparent blocks (all the blocks that affected by MCPE-219500 and MCPE-219498)
Observe the reflections in water while the visually transparent blocks have covered the original blocks.
Expected result:
The reflections would show the oringinal blocks.
Actuals result:
Those visually transparent blocks have been reflected on the water replacing the oringinal blocks.
Note:
This issue only happens if visually transparent blocks only block the original block that is being reflected, but not their reflection in the water.

The burning parts of torches also have this issue.
In addtional, if the block/entity is moving on screen (no matter if it is the blocks/entities or the player is moving, and the blocks donβt have to be visually transparent blocks), the edge of them will also have this issue.
