Achievements are permanently locked on survival worlds

This issue has been ongoing since September 2024.

When I create a new survival world on my realm or offline, all of my achievements stay in locked status. I have already uninstalled the game and cleared the Windows Store cache. I have been having this problem since my last achievement was completed in September of 2024. Since then, I have built a new computer with Windows 11 instead of my old gaming rig with Windows 10. It seems to be an issue with my account and not the device I am playing from.
