i was flying around and go to the mountains there was no snow but then snow
cames after i get into the top of the end of the mountain i don´t know if this happend to other ones but please fix it

This is intentional behavior. Rainfall converts to snowfall in specific biomes once a certain altitude is reached. In this instance, it looks like the biome at the top of the mountain is one of the windswept variants, this means that at an elevation of Y +120 rain will convert to snow.
Given how uneven the terrain is, it will snow on certain blocks, meanwhile, on others, it will rain since they don’t meet the elevation requirement. There may also be multiple biomes intersecting, which also determines whether it will snow past a certain height or not.
