I can’t use my texture pack.

I keep trying to activate this “Natural Texture Pack” but it keeps giving me the same error. I have deleted and redownloaded this Texture Pack at least 7 times. Is this happening to anyone else? I’m also wondering about the “Victor’s” cosmetics.
