Can confirm, Since the US Language was fixed (MCPE-169760).
However stills an issue except for arms up, archer and angler are “sherds”.
This 1.21.84 is for Xbox consoles only.
To reproduce this issue
Change Language to English (UK) in Settings
Open any world and press E to open the inventory
Go to items and Click the Pottery sherd groups to observe the issue of “pottery shard” names
