I purchased and downloaded "Pirate Mashup by Honeyfrost" from the Minecraft Marketplace on the Switch.
Expected result →
Download completed and I was able to create a world.
Actual result →
It stops on the download screen and doesn't work.
As instructed in the inquiry, the world itself cannot be confirmed when downloading from the world creation screen.
No matter how many times I try, it stops on the download screen, and no matter how much time I wait, it doesn't change.
I hope they can resolve this as soon as possible. I bought it, but I can't play in the world.

I checked the game capacity but it didn't change anything. If they can't solve the problem, I want a refund for the minecoins I used to buy the worlds.
