Vibrant Visuals: It takes a long time for water reflections to be rendered correctly after using "/time set midnight"

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Enter a world with Vibrant Visuals enabled.

2. Find a ocean.

3. /time set noon

4. /time set midnight

5. Look at the water surface.

Expected result:

After using /time set midnight, the water reflectioms would be rendered correclty shorly after using the command, like after using /time set noon.

Actual result:

After using /time set midnight, the clouds stay on the water reflections for a long time.
