[MCPE-221554] Minecart does not reach the end of the railway or does not turn back

When I make a simple railway. My minecart dissapears when it is to far away to see. But when I get closer to the end of the railway, my minecart appears on the horizon. Even when I wait a minute. My minecart should have been back by that time. It stays away. When I walk towards the end of the railway. The minecart goes to the end and turns back as it should.

Is this because you have an unpowered power rail at the end

I made 2 tracks. 1 with powered rails at the beginning and the end. And 1 without powered rails at the beginning and the end.

Both with the same problem.

Because the loading range is limited, it's impossible to require entities outside the loading range to move; therefore, this report should be categorized as "as expected".
