Importing custom skins not working on android

Every time I try to import a matching skin(example: my java skin), it says "Please import a .png file of dimensions 64x64, 64x32 or 128x128" and whenever I try to close the browsing app after tapping on choose new skin without selecting any files and try tapping it again, it will not work unless I restart the app.
