Can confirm in Windows 11.

Steps to reproduce

Go to dressing room on any skin type go to emotes and equip any emotes
Go to any worlds and then press b key to open emotes

Observed results: Selected Emotes unable to move your player

Expected behavior: Selected Emotes would able to move your player like previous version
