It says "syncing packs" resource packs I believe, and says it up to ten minutes, that's when I gave up. Tried multiple times. Plz fix. Almost positive that it is not the servers fault.

Sorry, Mojang cannot control the support of 3rd party servers. The 1.1.0 update came with many protocol changes because of new needs for the game. As a result, unprepared servers are no longer able to connect properly. Please contact the owner or developer of the server and its software to have the problem resolved. There are other Non Mojang servers that are up and running for 1.1.0 such as Lifeboat so there is not an errror on MCPE'S part.
