I cant sign up in minecraft due to an error code: creeper even though my internet connection is fine

I need to fix this error code: creeper, please help me, I just bought minecraft and the reason I bought it is to play with my friends but since I can’t sign up an account with microsoft due to an unknown reason,(it just shows error code:creeper) I can’t play with my friends.
