Unable to sign in to Microsoft account. After selecting login to Microsoft, a dialogue box pops up saying “Connecting...” and then after a while another dialogue box pops up telling me that it was unable to connect and to try again later with the following error code: Creeper. I’ve tried later, closed software, powered off Switch, restarted, still unable to connect.

i have had this issue off and on for the last 3 weeks. i have found multiple ways around it. most recent time, i had to sign in to minecraft . net using my microsoft account on my phone, while sitting directly next to my wireless modem. then attempt to log on to my switch game. worked very well last time.

I have a stable connection. I've tried both wireless and wired. All other online games (Splatoon 2, Super Smash, etc.) work fine. This is the only game not working. I've deleted the game and reinstalled and nothing is working. I've also tried restarting my Nintendo Switch. It's been like this for several weeks now.
This is on version 1.17.10 which is not mentioned in the bug. If someone can add it. Minecraft on Windows 10 (Bedrock version) also 1.17.10 logs in fine on the same network.
I have the same problem on my ps4 and when i sign in on my brothers' ps5 i have no problems signing in.

I have stable internet connection
I have a stable internet connection. All other online games work, just not Minecraft. We have three Nintendo switch consoles. One has used a microsoft account successfully for years, and can no longer log in. The other two consoles are brand new, and I've never been able to log in successfully with the microsoft account.
I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing Minecraft, erasing sign-in data, rebooting the console, etc.
Having same issue on Nintendo Switch with error code "Creeper". Have followed all troubleshooting and have stable internet connection:
Uninstalled/reinstalled Minecraft, hard reset of Nintendo Switch, checked internet connection (issue only affecting Minecraft and not any other programs on Nintendo Switch), restarted game after several hours following a hard reset or reinstalling of software, deleted cache, checked for corrupt data, checked for available updates, deleted all saved data, cleared account sign in data from Minecraft.
Issue persists still after multiple attempts to troubleshoot.

I've had the creeper error for over 2 weeks now. If this issue cannot be resolved, then I would like a refund. When clicking on the Sign-In button, I get the creeper error. Here are the things I've tried:
1) Deleted APP, re-installed over 15 times. Cannot sign in. Still have creeper error each instance.
2) Checked Internet Connection. Connected to high speed internet. Tested the internet connection and it has 22 megabits per second.
3) Logged in and logged out of my Microsoft account just in case they are somehow connected. Had no effect. Created a new Microsoft account as well. Still have the creeper error.
4) Asked for help on Discord. Only told it was a know issue, then told to check internet connection. Was eventually connected to support via Discord, person told me to connect here.
I hope this can be resolved. Thanks.

Having the same issue on PS5. Error code creeper when trying to log in to my Microsoft account. My Internet is fast and stable, all other multiplayer and streaming services working on my PS5, but still unable to connect to Microsoft. Re-installed the game, cleared console cache, restarted console.
I've has this issue for over a year I've tried everything nothing works idk what to do anymore I've lost faith, you can only play games with people you're on the same internet with but logging in doesn't work at all just keeps saying creeper, if we don't have the issue resolved after 2 years now give us a refund

I am on android and got code Creeper that shouldn't even happen because it happens to console and I have good internet I do really need help I can't play with my friends or on servers for the past 5 or more days

Hi could this bug report semd ownership to me? Because will update the issue.
Repeat several times until it pops up the login interface on its own, instead of in the browser, and then you can proceed to log in normally.
I encountered the same problem two days ago. On the Android platform, I uninstalled and reinstalled it to solve the problem.
