I can't sign in to Minecraft, keeps giving me the creeper code even though I have a stable internet connection.

I can't sign in to Minecraft and on the xbox app. On Minecraft, it just continuously gives me the creeper code even though I have stable internet connection. And on the xbox, can't sign in for some reason. I click the “sign in”, it circles a few minutes then the sign in can be clicked again. I have deleted and downloaded again the xbox app, doesn't fix the problem. On the Minecraft problem, I can't delete it since my world's location is on the application, so I can't delete since it will delete my world as well. I tried clearing the cache, but it doesn't work. Still, can't sign.
