Bug where I cannot join other friend's world and cannot sign in my account

I logged out my account because I cannot join my friend's world as the notification "Global Resources Failed" or something and cannot get my account since. Everytime I sign in, it loads and just displays "error code creeper" EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. which makes me not sign in back at my account and not create a new account. This game has been good to me but has been unplayable ever since. Fix your game Mojang.
