Purchased Minecraft Bedrock on Android, but "Error Code Creeper" blocks Realms and Marketplace access after a few weeks. Internet connection is fine, and support suggestions haven't worked. Issue persists for a week.

My wifi seems to be doing fine, and it’s frustrating that the root cause of this error code seems to be doing well which led me to concern that this error code have been unnecessary to my experience despite having no internet problems. I’ve purchased this game and I do not have access to realms to play with my friends.

Please fix this immediately. The customer service is not doing well on providing me troubleshoot suggestions since non of them work and keeps giving me the same procedure.
