Uploading custom skin hasn't loaded for several months.

For several months now of constantly trying to fix this and coming to a dead end, my custom skin upload won't even appear. It eternally gives the “Loading…” message and won't change even with strong internet. Other people have been able to atleast see or interact with it on their devices. I've tried contacting Mojang before and no response was given; nobody else in the reports has had the same issue so that isn't an option for me to seek anymore. I'm tired of this, please do something about it for once.
