Keyboard input latency after closing menu

After closing out of the inventory, pause menu, chest menu, there is significant input delay from keyboard input. The input from the mouse remains normal. The keyboard input delay then usually resolves itself after 10-20s. Looking at a keystroke logger in a client (Onix client), the keystroke displayed matches with the input delay and not with the actual live input. This could mean that Minecraft the application itself is receiving the input with the delay or processing it with a delay. In windowed mode there is no input latency, whilst in fullscreen mode the issue exists. When using Onix client (minimise fix on and off) the persists both in windowed and fullscreen mode. Additionally, toggling fullscreen to windowed mode and vice versa with F11 whilst using Onix results usually results in a crash.

Attempted fixes
-Reinstalling minecraft
-Reinstalling drivers and downgrading to nvidia driver 566.36 (4060 Mobile GPU) using DDU
-Running the game on integrated graphics
-Running the game in Discrete and Hybrid Graphics mode
-Toggling Low Latency mode in Nvidia Control panel (Ultra, Low and off)
-Toggling Improved Input Response option in video settings on and off
-Disabling Nvidia Overlay/Shadowplay
-Toggling Game Mode in windows settings on and off
-Toggling optimisations for windowed games on and off
-Toggling hardware accelerated GPU scheduling on and off

None of these attempted fixes work.

This issue is being tracked at MCPE-220980.

I have found the issue causing this, it is the Omen Gaming Hub running in the background that causes this issue (no idea how it actually causes)
