[MCPE-222112] No animal eating sound

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Get for example one wheat and one cow or one carrot and one pig. Feed the cow with wheat or pig with carrot

Expected result: You should hear an animal eating sound.

Actual result: You hear nothing.

This bugs happens on IOS and all other platforms with Bedrock Edition.

I assume for parity with Java.

Understood. But I think it would be better to add the animal eating sound to Java and Bedrock Edition.
