[MCPE-222115] Attack Button Blocks Camera Movement on Minecraft Bedrock Mobile

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open Minecraft Bedrock on a mobile device.
Enter a world or multiplayer game.
Hold down the attack button on the screen.
Try to move the camera by dragging with the same finger → the camera does not move.

Expected result:
It should be possible to move the camera while holding down the attack button, like in previous versions. This is important for PvP on mobile devices.

Actual result:
When holding the attack button, the camera is locked and cannot be moved. This makes PvP and general gameplay much harder on mobile.

Y'all need to fix this ASAP its just impossible to do pvp or jump bridge on servers or even play survival efficiently with this bug it was not there before i updated the game to 1.21.90 and now im struggling to play

It took me really long to learn how to pvp, that bug puts all my progress back to 0. Please fix it, its already hard for mobile players to pvp, that bug makes it even harder.

Yes this is atrocious i literally was having fun playing bedwars with my cuh but then after the 1.21.90 update i suddenly could not move the camera while holding the attack/place button 🥀
