Happy ghasts are able to suffocate in corners

When happy ghasts are in an area with solid block walls, if they go into the corner on their own (without being pushed or ridden), they can suffocate.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Build a box or fill one (/fill ~5 ~5 ~5 ~-5 ~-5 ~-5 dirt hollow for example)

2. Summon a happy ghast

3. Watch. When it goes into the corners it sometimes suffocates

One of the videos is of it suffocating in a corner, the most common way this bug shows up. One is of it suffocating in a block i placed in front of it. The happy ghasts hitbox appears to be wrong in some way, which is causing this.
