Touch screen gameplay is stiff and unresponsive

I've noticed in this new update my movement has become stiff or unresponsive especially when I'm trying to attack or when someone attacks me it's like character becomes stun or something I don't understand I changed the sensitivity several times to see if it fixes the issue and it didn't so please fix this issue
