Chase the sky's split screen

​Even after switching from vibrant visuals to simple visuals manually it still will not let me do split screen on my realm account which is pretty much ruined our families past time as we only have the one Xbox it says on the update Forum that it will automatically lower the graphics for multiplayer use but it doesn’t even when doing it manually if we try to play split screen on my realm it immediately logs you out and says you're already logged in on another device but that's not the case no one is logged in on another device our family shares one TV and one Xbox and we love to play on my Realms account and it's been completely ruined thanks to today's update
