Hi Mojang Support,
I encountered a serious bug in Minecraft on PS4. The Nether portal did not return me to the Overworld. I broke and rebuilt it, but i didnt have flint and iron. While collecting resources, I accidentally fell into lava and lost all my items.
This happened in Survival Mode while I was hunting trophies. I have a video proof here.
Please fix this bug and advise if there's any way to restore my items or progress.

The parrot was preventing the nether portal from working. This is being tracked at MCPE-27950. Unless you have a backup of your world, there is no way to restore your items, unfortunately.
