What I expected to happen was:
Grass would be green
What actually happened was:
Grass sometimes appears to have mutiple colors

I've had this issue. Additional to the ground changing colour, some of the ground had disappeared, and it fixed itself when I destroyed a block that was affected. I'm assuming this is to lag, but I'm not sure.

I saw this too but it was wildly different to the colored biome posts i've seen so far.
I was playing Minecraft bedrock edition 1.14.30 on PS4 split-screen and was travelling really fast with elytra.
And 2 chunks side-by-side had randomly colored biome colors. So a 32x16 area. Most really dark and light colored grass blocks had the snow pattern on the side of them. Tall grass and other biome colored stuff was also affected
Interacting with them was possible. i could replace blocks and the color would be back. It was client-side since player 2 in split-screen was not able to see it.
I have tons of images and a long video of interacting with it. If needed i can try to upload them. If this is a totally different bug i can make a post.
