Just recently, in the update 1.21.90. I used to break blocks and aim at the same time by holding the attack button. Also while pvp, specially in NetherGames server. I am unable to hit since there is a delay and I don't use any other finger to aim.

Yes this is ture. The buttons also overlap while clicking, if you click and hold a button like breaking block then swipe it to the place block button then both button are shown as clicked but the next button which was clicked (which is place block button) operates.
