So I was able to get one of my daughters to play with me on cross platform the issue was when my other daughter came to join it kept saying someone was logged in on another device and that has never happened. I was only able to get both of them to join on the new update but it kept lagging and suddenly kicked off the new update and they had the original Minecraft layout while I was still using the new one. I'm not sure why that was happening but hope it could get fix so we can all play together and enjoy the new layout without issues to joining two players on Xbox X and PC cross platform.

Similar issue. Xbox - player one works fine. Player 2 logs in and it registers as Player 1 (guest account) when Player 3 tries to log in it crashes and says that player is already signed in on a different devise.
Tried uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling.
also duplicated the issue using other accounts. Cross platform play seems to be working fine.
