I updated Minecraft bedrock on windows and when it got done i check my game and all of my world that I spent a long time on were deleted and nowhere to be found in file explorer

This is why before updating Minecraft Bedrock Edition on ANY device, ALL worlds MUST be backed up. Export it, copy it, and if this happens, you can restore them!
