This is not a bug. Those commands are for Java Edition, as custom heads are exclusive to Java Edition. Chances are that this will soon be resolved as “Works as inteaded” so don’t expect custom heads in Bedrock Edition anytime soon.

This is why before updating Minecraft Bedrock Edition on ANY device, ALL worlds MUST be backed up. Export it, copy it, and if this happens, you can restore them!

That’s weird, as before this was reported, I managed to sign in with my Microsoft account on my Nintendo Switch, and it worked!

Hi! The title of this bug report mentions Nintendo Switch Edition. Nintendo Switch Edition refers to a now discontinued version of Minecraft. Try using the word Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Nintendo Switch.

The OG Nintendo Switch Edition of Minecraft Legacy Console Edition is rare, so not every Minecraft player who has a Nintendo Switch can reproduce it.
