It seems that the RTX texture does not override the default textures properly. Restarting the game or reopening the world does not resolve the issue.
Additionally, it is not possible to switch to ray tracing mode in the main menu, even though I have added the RTX resource pack to the global resources.

Same issue here — regular lights work, but light blocks that should emit light aren't working. The dark lava is pretty annoying.
[media][media]It’s with all forms of PBR materials. Metallic, roughness, normal maps, heightmaps, not just emissive. If you try Vibrant Visuals, all of those things will still load, just never in Ray Tracing.
Another example: Just downloaded a RTX map from the Marketplace (perharps you will need to light this screenshot):

This issue is being tracked at MCPE-220313.
Also, after disabling the RTX resource package, the game still remains in ray tracing mode as shown in the video above.
I suspect there is an issue with the logic used to load ray tracing resource packs, as this bug did not occur in previous versions.
