Parrots won't stop making a wing flapping sound while on a player's shoulder.

This has been a bug for awhile. Steps- Tame a parrot, let it perch on your shoulder. It constantly makes a flying/wing flapping sound.

I expect the parrot to sit quietly on my shoulder. It's very loud and annoying constant sound. I cannot take my Parrots with me anymore.
