Parrots on shoulder play flapping sounds when the player moves around

Parrots play flying sounds when the player they're riding is moving.

Repro Steps:

  1. Spawn and tame a parrot

  2. Have the parrot ride the player

  3. Move around

Observed Results:

Flapping sounds play.

Expected Results:

No flapping sounds should play.

I hear flapping sound when walking with parrots on shouldera.

this issue still has not been fixed as of v1.21.123!! Pls fix this i get so sad everytime i boot up the game and the parrots are still glitched
