Parrots play flying sounds when the player they're riding is moving.

Repro Steps:

  1. Spawn and tame a parrot

  2. Have the parrot ride the player

  3. Move around

Observed Results:

Flapping sounds play.

Expected Results:

No flapping sounds should play.
