The right joystick has a giant deadzone on Windows

When playing Minecraft on Windows with a controller, you will notice that the left joystick works perfectly smoothly, while the right joystick has a constant, unchangeable deadzone, making smooth gameplay impossible and competitive gaming difficult due to the lack of precision.

There is no option to change this, so I consider it a major bug that only exists on Windows. On consoles, this deadzone does not exist, which significantly improves the gaming experience.

Reproduce

  1. Connect a controller to your PC and start Minecraft. If the controller doesn’t work in the game, install a program like DS4Windows to make your controller compatible.

  2. Move the left joystick slightly in one direction. Now do the same with the right joystick. You'll notice that the right joystick requires significantly more movement before any camera response appears on screen, and when it does, the movement feels much more abrupt—as if the precise, gradual control has been removed entirely.

Expected:
The right joystick does not have a large deadzone and allows precise movement, like it is on Consoles.

Observed:
The right joystick has a large, unchangeable deadzone, which is significantly different from how it behaves on consoles.
