when I play with the frost walker sometimes I walk over the water and it freezez but it does not unfreeze even if I get off the water!

I will attach a video of this bug occurring. The video shows me with my Frost Walker II boots going over a river and the water freezing but nit unfreezing. The previous ife is from my initial testing and was there much longer proving that it dosen’t melt.
I am on iPad Pro on iOS 11.4 Beta 4 on version 1.2.16.
