Unable to load save from cloud that was created before the newest update

I can't play my Minecraft world since the new update, it's I'm the cloud and every time I try to play it, it tries to sync but tells me I need to check my internet connection, my internet connection is fine, currently running at 48mbps for my download speed and 18mbps for my upload speed. I have tried restarting my console, deleting every other world on the game except the one I'm trying to play, unplugged the console for 2 minutes and tried again, restarted my router and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, nothing is working - my son and I have put a lot of time and effort into the world and was looking forward to using the new features of the update in our world and we are heartbroken that we can't play that world.

We can make new worlds but just can't access the one we want. Please help!Please help!
