When playing with any amount of players in split-screen, the Crosshair will flash, and sometimes when a menu is opened disappears.
The Crosshair should not flash when playing or disappear when a menu is opened.
Crosshair flashes sporadically, and disappears when other players are in menus.

I forgot to mention this in the report, but this bug affects all platforms with split screen included.
