Happy Ghast causing unexpected lag

Description

Hello, I noticed that on my mobile device, when the Happy Ghast gets stuck in a fence, sometimes the game freezes for a few moments and then returns to normal. When this happens, it becomes impossible to place blocks on the ground, interact with mobs, blocks, items in the inventory, and dropped items. In the video below, you can see that my player is unable to eat, break blocks properly, and that the game is not functioning correctly.

Steps to reproduce the Happy Ghast bug

1. Trap the Happy Ghast inside a fence.

2. Watch for strange behavior in the game, such as:

* Unable to hit mobs

* Blocks taking a long time to drop after being broken

* Mobs standing still for too long

* Unable to place blocks or eat

Expected results

The game should continue working normally without unexpected lag or delays caused by the Happy Ghast.

Actual results

The game shows a delay in processing actions within the current chunk, which can negatively affect the player. This can lead to situations like dying and losing items, and it makes the gameplay experience frustrating.
