Attack Button Disables Camera Movement in “Joystick & Crosshair” Touch Mode (1.21.200)

After updating to 1.21.200, when using the "Joystick & Crosshair" touch control mode, holding down the Attack button causes the camera to lock, preventing any swipe/drag to look around. This makes combat and general gameplay nearly impossible.
