Happy ghast lags singleplayer

I noticed that my world has been lagging like a trash server, even though i’m in a singleplayer world and no players except me. I suspected the happy ghast since it was the new mob, so when i make the happy ghast touch the blocks my world would lag like a trash server. I currently brought my happy ghast to a flat area and far from ground to avoid lagging. I don’t have a footage cause it’s hard to reproduce it agian but i stated it, i hope it still helps. Please Mojang fix this thank you!
